All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Herban Hemp are final and non-refundable.
No exceptions will be made.

Third-Party Purchases
We cannot process refunds, returns, or exchanges for products purchased from independent retail stores or third-party websites.
If your purchase was made anywhere other than www.HerbanHemp.com, please contact that retailer directly for assistance.
Orders Placed Through www.HerbanHemp.com
If you placed your order directly through our website and encounter an issue, you may be eligible for a return or refund only if you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this 10-day window will not be considered.
Please note that variations in individual response or perceived effectiveness of cannabinoids (including HHC) do not qualify as valid reasons for a refund or replacement.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us on the day of delivery via email at Support@HerbanHemp.com.
Your message must include:
- Subject line: “DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #[Insert Order Number]”
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the affected product(s), the shipping box, and the packing slip
Once received, we will review your submission within up to 5 business days.
Incomplete or missing information may result in automatic denial of your claim.
Return Shipping
If your claim is approved, we will provide further instructions before you send anything back.
Do not ship any items to us without prior authorization.
Return shipping options will depend on the product and issue. In most cases, we will issue a prepaid return label or reimburse USPS First-Class shipping costs for approved returns.
We cannot issue a replacement or refund until the original product is received, inspected, and confirmed to be unused.
Final Notes
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly. Proof of the issue and return of the original product are required before any resolution is issued.
