At Herban Hemp, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders quickly and
efficiently. Please review our policy below for detailed procedures and timelines.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders placed on www.HerbanHemp.com are typically processed within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) EST on Friday, or
    any time on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day (Monday).
  • No Weekend Activity: We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.


2.  Shipping Times & Tracking

  • Estimated Delivery: Once your order is processed and shipped, please allow an
    estimated 3–7 business days for delivery within the United States.
    Please Note: Shipping duration can vary based on your location, the carrier, and any unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays).
  • Shipping Notification: You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking
    information once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Only: We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer
    international shipping at this time.
    No Weekend Shipments: Orders processed on a Friday after 12:00 PM (noon) EST will be shipped on the following Monday.
